Shipping is via standard Postal delivery and is subject to VAT taxes outside of the USA to be paid to relevant authority by purchaser.

Return Policy

All sales of Hats are non refundable, unless there is proof of damage upon delivery. Proof requires: receipt of goods received, a photo of damage, and request for return to monique@moniquemccall.com within 3 days of receipt of goods.
